Coming together for positive change

Our mission is to foster a thriving, transparent, and inclusive community where every homeowner's voice is heard, and decisions are made in the best interest of all residents. We are committed to smart, responsible budgeting, fair rule enforcement, and open communication to build a sense of unity and trust between the Board and the community. Together, we will create a stronger, more connected neighborhood where collaboration and respect are at the heart of everything we do.

Smarter Budgeting for Community Needs

We will fight for a budget that prioritizes the genuine needs of our community, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and wisely, rather than being spent on vanity projects that don't benefit all residents.

Fair and Consistent Rule Enforcement

We will work to streamline rule enforcement to ensure it’s fair, consistent, and respectful, maintaining harmony while upholding community standards.

Genuine Community Engagement

Decisions should reflect the voices of all homeowners. We will advocate for more opportunities for residents to engage with the Board, ensuring that your concerns are heard and addressed.

Creating a True Sense of Community

We are committed to bringing neighbors together through community events and gatherings, giving everyone a chance to connect and build lasting relationships.

Transparency in Vendor and Budget Decisions

We will push for greater transparency in decision-making, including when selecting vendors and managing the HOA budget. Homeowners will have access to important information well in advance, including full budget disclosures and multiple vendor proposals.

Regular Information and Feedback Opportunities

We will ensure that the Board hosts regular meetings—both virtual and in-person—where you can ask questions, provide input, and stay informed on key decisions affecting our community.

Respect for Homeowners and Community Contributions

We believe in showing respect for all homeowners by inviting them into the decision-making process and engaging with them regarding our community standards. We must work together, not apart, to build a community that reflects everyone’s values.

We will work to eliminate the "us vs. them" dynamic between the Board and the community, fostering a collaborative environment where the Board works with residents—and for them

Commitment to Transparency and Communication

We will advocate for the consistent update of our HOA website and ensure that important information is communicated in a clear and timely manner, so homeowners are never left in the dark about critical decisions. We will meet the community where they are, bringing a modern approach to distributed communications across all channels.

Maintaining Longstanding Community Traditions

We will ensure that longstanding community initiatives, like the Welcome Committee, are not dismantled without proper input and discussion from the community. Every resident’s contribution matters and their voices will be valued in all decisions.
